For more than 20 years, I’ve been working with leaders at all career stages to take their businesses and their people to the next level of engagement, productivity and success. I help leaders become better equipped to deal with change; create proven strategies to get people on board and engaged; and inspire teams to become energized in their environment, optimizing performance for better profitability.

Unlike many consultants, I have expertise in both leadership and change development, with over 20 years of experience at global organizations like Bloomberg, Bank of New York Mellon, Swissotel Hotel Beijing and PR firm APCO Worldwide. I’ve led enterprise-wide leadership strategies for 5,000+ managers and launched a role transition process for leaders embarking on new career paths. When leaders undergo organizational change, I advise on how to gain buy-in and engage team members to embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with change.

More about me
Since earning my master’s degree in organizational effectiveness from New York University, my career has taken me to Japan, China and back to New York City for 20 years before settling in Vancouver. I’m a frequent speaker at leadership forums on the topics of leading change, building resilience and the role of empathy for leaders. As a NYU alum, I also lead workshops on professional communication and career transitions for students through the Wasserman Career Center.
My global experiences bring a cross-cultural perspective to my work, and I continue to have a deep love for traveling, exploring cultures and meeting people across the world. I’m proud to be a published author with a travel memoir, The Same Sky, chronicling my transformative journey through Tibet, Laos and Cambodia.
