Hi, I’m Debbie Wong and I’m a leadership development expert and executive coach. With more than 20 years’ experience, I partner with leaders at all career stages take their businesses and people to the next level of engagement, productivity and success. I help leaders become better equipped to deal with change; create proven strategies to get people on board; and inspire teams to become energized in their environments.
I currently work in talent and development at a financial institution. On the side, I offer pro bono workshops to the professional community on thought-provoking topics.
I bring a unique perspective, with expertise in both leadership and change development at global organizations like Bloomberg, Bank of New York Mellon, Swissotel Hotel Beijing and PR firm APCO Worldwide.
